About Us

Our mission is to help you to Make Change Happen, whether that’s through transformative change or personal development.

Our Journey...

(PLACEHOLDER) Underscore was founded by Jason West and Joe Ales, two seasoned Transformation Programme Directors with a combined legacy of delivering over 65 successful projects and programs in HR, Business Planning, Finance, and Procurement. Their expertise ranges from Global HR Transformations to ERP System implementations and much more.

Yet, Underscore's story extends beyond the foundational experiences of Jason and Joe. It embodies a collective journey of embracing change and growth. Alongside our founders, we have a diverse and skilled team, each member adding depth and breadth to our expertise. This expansion has propelled us from a consultancy to a multifaceted digital service provider, including the strategic acquisition of a training business.

Emphasising our commitment to evolution, we've built a purpose-designed recording studio, enhancing our digital service capabilities. This symbolises our adaptation and growth, reflecting our ethos of continuous improvement.

At Underscore, we are a dynamic embodiment of change and innovation, dedicated to equipping business leaders with enduring capabilities for successful transformation. Our journey is one of collective growth, learning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in every aspect of business change.
